Are you getting your dose of motivation everyday?
If you are like me, you like to get a little something to get you going for the day. You know that time when you are putting your makeup on, and are thinking about, well in my case nothing, or things I should not even be thinking about. To fill up this void, I thought, why not try listening to videos/ podcasts to learn something and get motivated for the day? That started my journey to the YouTube world of videos about everything.
Has it been working? YESSS! I find that since I started I doing this, it just gets my mind on the right track for the day, and I am able to be more productive and most of the time, happier during the day. During my 3-month period, I have watched many TED talk videos, book summaries, and just a whole lot of videos and different topics. Always pick a different topic, even in areas your areas you are not interested in, and it gives you something constructive to think about and talk about during the day.
